How is this different from the Aspire Tour?
Rather than 12 hours of multiple speakers all day, this is a much shorter day with only a few speakers. Also, we allow for much fewer attendees at Aspire Local to provide a more intimate experience.
How long is the event?
About 3–3.5 hours.
Who is the event for?
Business owners, entrepreneurs and people who prioritize personal development.
Where will the event be held?
The Aspire Local:
Charlotte, NC Event will be held at Embassy Suites Charlotte - Concord Golf Resort which is located at 5400 John Q Hammons Dr. NW, Concord NC 28027.
Raleigh, NC Event will be held at Hilton Raleigh North Hills which is located at 3415 Wake Forest Rd., Raleigh NC 27609!
What do I need to bring to get into the event?
Please bring a Photo ID and your ticket to gain access to the event.
Can I bring a guest with me?
Of course, but they will need their own ticket as well. Only valid ticket holders will have access to the aspire events.
Is there accessible seating?
We strive to make it as easy as possible for all people to enjoy an Aspire event. Most venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate their guests. Availability and type of accessible seating will vary based on each venue’s policies and capacity. To purchase accessible tickets or get information about venue accommodations, please contact us at info@aspiretour.com. Accessible seating is subject to availability and reserved solely for those with disabilities and their companions.
Will the event be recorded?
Unfortunately, it will not be recorded. We hope you can join us in person!
Will I be allowed to record the event?
Most venues don’t allow camera or recording devices inside, and recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited.
Can I upgrade my tickets?
Yes! If you would like to upgrade your ticket(s), please email us at info@aspiretour.com and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.
Note: If you want to upgrade your ticket at the event please speak to one of the Aspire Event Staff and they will help you with your request! We are all part of the sales team!
What is the ticket refund policy?
All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, such as canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved events. If for any reason you’re unable to attend, you can opt to receive a credit to a future event or gift your tickets to family, friends, or colleagues. To receive a credit or gift your tickets, notify us at least 15 days prior to the event by writing to info@aspiretour.com. If the event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, you’ll receive a notification outlining your options; refunds are determined on an event-by-event basis.
What is the dress code for the event?
We suggest business casual for the event. Our event space may be on the cool side, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater or jacket if you think you may need it.
Will we be able to meet the speakers?
If you upgrade to a VIP ticket for $49, you will get to sit closer to the stage AND take a photo with the speaker at the end of the event.
